I arrived in Warsaw on my own and within a few days I had people to cook with and plans for the weekend. The mix of people is what really makes the difference.

Life at Chocimska

You come for Warsaw. You stay for the community.

What sets Chocimska apart is not a list of facilities. It is how easy it is to step into a community, make plans on the fly, and feel part of the city from week one.

Spaces that make community easy

Everyday support

  • Shared kitchens

The spot where dinner turns into debriefs, pre-drinks, and last-minute weekend plans.

  • Club room and social areas

Made for studying together, movie nights, low-key hangs, and getting the evening started.

  • On-site laundry

The practical part of student life handled in-house, so everything else feels easier.

  • Dedicated smoking room

Keeps the shared areas fresh and helps the house work better for everyone.

  • Fast internet throughout the building

Reliable for classes, calls home, streaming, and the community chats where plans happen.

  • Mokotów between campus and nightlife

Close to universities, cafes, parks, and nights out, so saying yes is easy.

Community in action

Community life lands better when you can actually see it

Instead of over-explaining the atmosphere, this section lets the community speak through a few strong moments: shared dinners, spontaneous plans, and the social rhythm that forms naturally here.

Real moments

One big scene that quietly shifts, plus a short vertical reel. A handful of honest frames says more about the house than any list ever could.

I came without knowing anyone and stayed for the whole year. The building just works, but what keeps you here is the people you meet along the way.

Lucía

Seville · Erasmus at UW

I came from Spain not knowing what to expect. Everything practical was already handled, and within a week the residence became my anchor in Warsaw.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details, plus the part future residents usually care about most: what living here actually feels like.

The monthly price covers rent, utilities, high-speed internet, access to the shared spaces, and weekly cleaning of the common areas.

Mostly in a very natural way: in the shared kitchens, in the club room, before and after class, and through the plans that start forming in the community.

It is both. There is real social energy and a community that wants to make plans, but there is also respect for different routines, study time, and quieter evenings.

A lot of the social life grows organically between residents: dinners, nights out, weekend trips, gym plans, coffee runs, or simple last-minute ideas. Chocimska makes that kind of rhythm easy.
